        No Mobile Opt-In Data Sharing: Text messaging originator opt-in data and
        consent (i.e., your mobile phone number and the fact that you opted in to receive texts from
        us) will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate
        for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to deliver
        the messages described in this policy and to comply with legal and carrier requirements.
